We accept most insurances including but not limited to Medicaid, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Tricare, Aetna, etc.


Co-pay is required before your visit.
**If you are a cash patient, we do offer 30% discount + an additional 20% for paying the balance in full the day of your visit.
